Key Responsibilities Site Leadership: Manage daily operations, site staff, and subcontractor teams. Project Delivery: Drive schedules to meet long-term project milestones .HSE Compliance: Maintain and enforce strict health and safety cultures. Quality Control: Guarantee compliance with building regulations and drawings. Cost Management: Monitor site waste, materials, and local budgets. Key Requirements Experience: Proven track record of delivering permanent UK housing builds end-to-end. Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Black CSCS Card.
