Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in line with evidence-based practice and trust protocols
- Conduct patient assessments, plan care, and evaluate treatment outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including consultants, therapists, and social workers
- Support and mentor student nurses and healthcare assistants
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
- Experience in acute care, medical, or surgical nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern including nights and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
