Overview
About the Role: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Construction Site Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our site operations, managing essential project documentation, health and safety records, and day-to-day site logistics to ensure our project is delivered smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Manage, upload, and distribute project drawings, technical queries, and site variations using document management systems. Site Compliance & Inductions: Verify subcontractor CSCS cards, log daily site attendance, coordinate site inductions, and maintain the health and safety training matrix. Operational Administration: Process site timesheets, track material delivery tickets, manage plant hire logs, and order site office supplies. Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and subcontractors entering the site office, ensuring professional communication across all levels.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate records using management software
- Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule contractor visits
- Process invoices, track payments, and chase outstanding rent arrears
- Prepare agreements and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Previous experience in an administrative construction or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Flexible working days (to be agreed)
