Overview

Coastal Property Management is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support their growing property management operation in Whitehaven. Working 20 hours per week across flexible days, you will be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain accurate property and tenant records using management software
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule contractor visits
  • Process invoices, track payments, and chase outstanding rent arrears
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with professional telephone manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • Property management experience is desirable but not essential
