Overview
Lancaster Digital Agency is looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to manage multi-channel campaigns for their diverse portfolio of regional clients. You will work closely with the creative team to deliver engaging content across digital platforms, playing a hands-on role in campaign strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web
- Create engaging content including copy, graphics briefs, and video scripts
- Manage client social media accounts and community engagement
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver projects on time
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform changes
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a marketing role, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO basics
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
