Overview
Key Responsibilities: Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular site health, safety, and environmental inspections, generating clear report findings and tracking corrective actions. Risk Management: Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) from subcontractors before work commences. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into any site accidents, near-misses, or dangerous occurrences, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures. Training & Briefings: Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specific health and safety training workshops for site teams Legislative Compliance: Keep up to date with HSE regulations, ensuring site paperwork, statutory notices, and construction phase plans are fully compliant.

- NEBOSH National General (essential).
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Tech IOSH or Graduate IOSH membership status preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an H&S construction advisory or generalist role
- CSCS Card
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S best practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (travel to store locations required)
